五、报告摘要：

In this report, we firstly introdcue the extreme rogue waves appearing in many fields, such as ocean, nonlinear optics, Bose-Einstein condenstes, plasma physics, atmosphere, and even finance. And then we discuss the physical mechanism of rogue wave generation. Finally, we investigate some nonlinear physical models admitting different rogue wave structures.

六、报告人简介：

闫振亚，中科院数学与系统科学研究院研究员，博士生导师，主要研究非线性波与可积系统理论、Riemann-Hilbert问题、怪波理论、PT对称、分数阶系统、智能数学物理、符号-数值计算与机器学习及其交叉应用。曾获国家杰出青年科学基金项目、全国百篇优博论文奖等。
